Chadô: A Way Of Tea

Matcha, or finely-ground Japanese green tea, has become a trendy product in Canada and the western world at large. In this short documentary, Toronto-based tea-maker Nanako Mizutani demonstrates chadô, the way of tea, and how it has empowered her to embrace her cultural identity and personal aspiration since she emigrated from Japan. This film was a finalist in TVO's Short Doc Contest 2018.
